Title: Traditional Spaghetti 'n Meatballs

HOFFMAN'S CROCKERY FAVORITES
1lbSpaghetti; cooked
  Parmesan cheese; grated, opt
SAUCE
1 Onion; chopped
1 Carrot; peeled, chopped
1 Celery stalk; chopped
1clGarlic; crushed
1cn8-oz. tomato sauce
1/4cDry red wine
2tsFresh basil; chopped
2tsFresh oregano; chopped
1tsFresh thyme; chopped
1tsWorcestershire sauce
1/2tsSalt
1/8tsPepper
1cn28-oz. Italian tomatoes with juice; chopped
MEATBALLS
1lbLean ground beef
1/2lbMild Italian sausage
1/2cSeasoned dry breadcrumbs
1 Egg; slightly beaten
1/4cMilk

In slowcooker, combine sauce ingredients. In medium bowl, combine meatball ingredients. Form into 20 to 22 (1.1/2") meatballs. Carefully place in sauce in slowcooker. Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 8 hrs. Spoon hot mixture over cooked spaghetti or other pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
